Quick Food Update

Here is a brief overview of yesterday with calorie guesstimates.  I don’t want to get to obsessed with counting.


b-fast: oatmeal with skim milk & cinnamon, half grapefruit (around 350 cals)

lunch: left over Mac n Greens and cucumber and vidalia onion salad with vinegar (around 300 cals)

snack: small blueberry iced coffee with cream and two splenda (100 cals)

Dinner: two egg salad sammys on whole wheat rolls and gold fish (540 cals)

dessert: two pieces of whole wheat toast with PB & J (200)

Total: Around 1500 calories

Remember…these are ball park figures.
